The Predecessor Fund commenced operations on November 5, 2021.

The market price returns are based on the official closing price of an ETF share or, if the official closing price isn't available, the midpoint between the national best bid and national best offer (“NBBO”) as of the time the ETF calculates current NAV per share. SARK uses swaps and derivatives to seek the inverse of the daily performance of the ARK ETF. SARK is rebalanced daily to maintain its inverse exposure and to pursue its daily performance target. There can be no assurance that SARK will achieve its objectives.
